The design process is a journey - and the journey becomes the road map to something really incredible!

It all starts with a few good ideas; a few "tangibles" - a wish list, sketches and photos.  You review the 1st design and you REALLY LIKE IT.  You then go to bed, wake up the next morning and say, "What if...?"  

The real design process now begins - we collaborate, refine and visualize - and this is where the magic happens!   It's a fun and exciting process!

Finally, the design process leads to permits, construction and your project takes shape - with a few more modifications and updates - you start to feel the "intangibles" - you feel happy, excited, accomplished, and satisfied - YOU LOVE IT!

You're at the center of it all while we document your project with the most advanced BIM software on the planet (ArchiCAD), and utilize Twinmotion - our 21st century animation software - to visualize the design from day one!!!
